We strongly encourage the client to hire a wedding coordinator/planner. Our on-duty manager serves only as the POC for your day for venue related functions.

We currently allow any licensed and insured vendor. Once booked, couples will receive a recommended vendor list featuring professionals we frequently work with at Spruce Hill—each known for providing excellent service. All vendors must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Yes, we have two separate on-site locations for the wedding party to get ready! The Bridal Suite is designated for the bride and bridesmaids, while the Groom’s Quarters provides a comfortable space for the groom and groomsmen to prepare for the day.

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. Please note that the ceremony site is on grass, but it is wheelchair accessible. We also have a golf cart available to assist guests to the ceremony site if needed.

Yes, we have HVAC systems serving the main venue building to provide comfortable indoor temperatures for your event.

Yes, we do allow dog(s) to be part of your wedding day, but this applies to the couple only—not to guests. Please inquire for more details about our pet policy.

Yes – all candles must be enclosed in glass for safety. Other options include battery operated candles.

Yes, sparklers are allowed, and we have a designated area specifically for their use.

Yes. Cannon Falls (10 min) and Rochester (25 min) have several accommodation options for your guests.
