Guest Information

Where should I park?

Our parking attendants will greet you upon arrival and assist you in finding a parking spot. Handicap parking is available near the main venue building. Upon arrival, our attendants will also direct guests to the ceremony location.

Are rideshare services like Uber/Lyft available?

Due to our rural location, rideshare services are not available. We recommend arranging transportation ahead of time or carpooling when possible.

Can I bring my camper or trailer?

Our parking area cannot accommodate larger vehicles such as campers or trailers. Please plan accordingly.

Does the ceremony take place outside?

Yes, the main ceremony location is outdoors on the grass. We do have a golf cart available for guests who may need assistance getting to the ceremony site.

Are the restrooms easily accessible?

Yes, restrooms are located inside the main venue building.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. A cigarette disposal container is located at the back of the venue near the handicap parking area. We kindly ask guests to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Can I bring my pet?

Guests and vendors are not allowed to bring pets onto the property.

Vendor Information

Spruce Hill Event Center requires all vendors performing services on-site to provide proof of business liability insurance. Vendors must also be properly licensed, if applicable, to their line of work. To help ensure a safe and professional experience for all events, this documentation must be submitted to Spruce Hill well in advance of the event date.

All items brought in by you or your team must be removed at the end of the event. We ask that your area be left clean and free of any materials used during service, such as food, boxes, florals, or packaging. A dumpster is available on-site and is located in the parking area for your convenience.
