Our parking attendants will greet you upon arrival and assist you in finding a parking spot. Handicap parking is available near the main venue building. Upon arrival, our attendants will also direct guests to the ceremony location.

Due to our rural location, rideshare services are not available. We recommend arranging transportation ahead of time or carpooling when possible.

Our parking area cannot accommodate larger vehicles such as campers or trailers. Please plan accordingly.

Yes, the main ceremony location is outdoors on the grass. We do have a golf cart available for guests who may need assistance getting to the ceremony site.

Yes, restrooms are located inside the main venue building.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. A cigarette disposal container is located at the back of the venue near the handicap parking area. We kindly ask guests to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Guests and vendors are not allowed to bring pets onto the property.

Vendor Information
Spruce Hill Event Center requires all on-site vendors to carry liability insurance and proper licensing (if applicable).
All items brought in must be removed at the end of the event, and vendor areas left clean. A dumpster is available in the parking area for convenience.
