At Spruce Hill, there are no hidden fees or surprise charges—one flat, transparent rate that includes everything you need for your wedding day.

Venue rental pricing varies based on season, month, and day of the week.

May–August

Friday–Sunday weddings range from $6,500–$8,000

September–October

Friday–Sunday weddings range from $7,000–$8,500

Holiday Weekends

Add $500 to the applicable rental rate.

À La Carte Options

Customize your day with optional add-ons:

  • Early access: $200/hr

  • Outside Catering Fee: $500

    • Applies only if you choose a catering company that is not on our preferred list.

  • Pet fee: $100

Venue Access

All rentals include both ceremony and reception use.

  • Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
